International Taekwon‑Do Federation

On 09th November – 13th November 2023, for the 105th anniversary of our Father Founder General Choi Hong Hi, Madagascar ITF Heng De held ITF International Technical Seminar , International Umpire Course, conducted by Master Jaren Phillips (7th Degree) ITF EB member,ITF Technical and Educations Committee Member, ITF Continental Technical Director, Africa ITF Deputy Chairman of Umpiring Committee, Africa TFA Senior Vice President and ITSA President with Translator and assistant Sabum-nim Rakotondramanana Yves Francky (4th Degree) and the tournament « CHON JI CUP OF MADAGASCAR 2023 ». Those 3 events were held in Antananarivo Madagascar.

Total training time for ITS was 15 hours 15 minutes

1-First day Thursday

-Arrival of Master Jaren Phillips in Aeroport

-Meeting with all Executive Committee and all Dojang affiliated to NGB

-Training: 6H30 pm - 10H00 pm (Theory of power, stances, Matsogi)

2-Second Day

-IUC conducted by Master Jaren Phillips 10H00 am- 1H00 am /Lunch break/2H00 pm- 6H30 pm ( 22 Black Belts)

3- Third Day

Tournament "CHON JI MADAGASCAR CUP" (160 participants)

-8H00 am-1H00 pm /Lunch Break/ 2H00 pm - 12H00 pm

-Giving thanking gifts for all partners: SahyunNim Jaren Phillips, TFA, Ministry of Youth and Sports and different branches under them supporting for ITS and tournament rooms, Ministry of Public Security(National Police) , Director of Ministry of Culture some singers helping to create some Taekwon‑Do songs for our next project.

4-Fourth Day

-Training: 10H00 am- 1H30 pm (Hoshin Sool, Self Defense for Black Belts, National Police and Special forces)

-Delivering certificates for all participants

-Training: 3H00 pm - 8H15 ( fundamental mouvements,Patterns for color belts, step sparrings)

5-Fifth Day

-Examination for black belts

-Training: 10H30 am - 12H00 am (Patterns for Black Belts)

-Departure of Master Jaren Phillips in the Aeroport
